Dr. Andie Lee Gonzalez is a registered dietitian with nearly 15 years of nutrition and public health experience. Her focus has been on pediatrics, community nutrition, and leadership. Dr. Gonzalez earned a bachelor’s degree in dietetics and nutrition and internship training from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. She has a master’s degree in public health from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, with a concentration in nutrition and migrant farmworker health. She then completed her doctorate from Our Lady of the Lake University in La Feria, TX, and most recently completed a certificate in Business Analytics from Michigan State University. Dr. Gonzalez has gained experience in the industry, as corporate retail registered dietitian, sales marketing spokesperson, food service manager, clinical nutrition, community, research, and academia. Dr. Gonzalez’s clinical research has included childhood obesity, maternal health, leadership, and health amongst the Hispanic and Latino populations in the US. She has presented her research at national professional organization conferences and local practice group meetings.
In her spare time, her joy is spending time with her husband Ricardo, daughter Aolani, son Arturo, and extended family.

Her favorite foods for snacking on are pistachios or some scrambled eggs and beans
