1-hour cooking classes held at employer site. 

A 1-hour nutrition education class held at the employer site. 

A 1-hour nutrition education virtually via-zoom. Nutrition topic of choice (provided to Dietitian ahead of time). If new topic, provide 3-weeks for class date.

A 1-hour consultation that addresses and supports patient overall health and disease management on site at employer location. Request a private-closed office to meet HIPPA and privacy guidelines. Minimum patients per day 5 and no more than 8 a day. Cost includes Dietitian service time + travel and planning.

A 1-hour grocery shopping tour with your dietitian where she provides tangible solutions on how to shop healthier. Walk department by department consideration of food preferences, health, and budget. This is for group services (minimum of 10 to host)

1-hour Dietitian support for cooking demonstration, recipe development, media coverage, newsletter, or employer wellness resource support.
